Personalized items, all chocolate and candy items, or orders made to order are nonrefundable. We are not responsible if the vendor has provided the wrong date or incorrect or misspelled text, so please verify your dates and spelling of the text content very carefully. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If we made a printing error, the product will need to be returned to us. All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will either reprint the order, or refund their purchase price. In an effort to provide the best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper/label designs of the personalized products at any time without notification. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight.
